Yin Yoga
Connect with your energy by tapping into the power of your life-force. What is Yin Yoga: In Yin Yoga is a powerful restorative yoga based on the beliefs of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the power of our life force, Chi, know to help you ‘rest, digest and restore'. Yin Yoga adapts to everyones individual bodies and needs.
Yin Yoga works on 3 levels - physical, mental/emotional & energetic wellbeing. Honoring your authentic self, stretches are adapted to your personal capacities. With a longer and deeper pose we create space to feel, reflect, heal. This practice is healing as well as preventative due to the link to our nervous system though the fascia. Tap into your power by stimulating your energy channels, called meridians. These meridians run through your body and are linked to specific organs, which are linked to specific physical and emotional sensations.

Master your breath to re-program your nervous system. What is breath-work: Through breath we oxygenate our body (blood, muscles, organs) , we regulate our chemical state (detox, ph level, temperature), we come into the present moment, where you can find deep relaxation, emotional & physical healing, releasing stresses, limiting beliefs, stagnant emotions or boost your energy, happiness and receptivity.
Through breath-work you don’t only regulate your nervous system, you have a direct impact on the wellbeing of your body.

My journaling practice is based on my personal life experience and the tools that have helped me reconnect and empower myself. I’ve been from writing in my personal notebook to share stories with my community. To make life a beautiful sanctuary, I love connecting mindful moments with manifestation and lessons from the past.

Botanical Wellness
Make wellbeing your ritual through your olfactive senses. In my in-person classes and for my coaching clients, I support the awakening of your senses through my own blended scents I make, guided by my 6th chakra of intuition. The power of scent through the mind-body connection that facilitates the limbic system benefits our emotional wellbeing.

Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness meditation is a mental training practice that teaches you to slow down racing thoughts, let go of negativity, and calm both your mind and body. It combines meditation with the practice of mindfulness, which can be defined as a mental state that involves being fully focused on "the now" so you can acknowledge and accept your thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judgment.

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation During Yoga Nidra, you move into the state of conscious deep sleep. You are no longer in the waking state of consciousness, but you also move past the dreaming state of consciousness and into the deep sleep state. Yoga Nidra is typically induced by a practice of reconnection to your senses followed by a guided meditation.
