Low Libido?

Lets talk about sex - 

 

Are you rolling your eyes? Already exhausted by the sheer thought of it?

 Shall we wind it down a bit? 

 You most likely have a low sex drive, because of some or many of these causes:

 

  • Health problems (physical)

  • Stress

  • Depression

  • Exhausted, tired

  • Hormonal imbalance

There are many means to nurture self-love, warm the heart, harmonize the heart chakra, feel at ease, relaxed:

- Simple smile in the mirror - loving self talk

- Hug

- A gentle touch - the skin is your biggest organ, treat it w care (live coming up on this soon)

- Acknowledging your needs:

  • we need rest (cat naps, earlier bed),

  • vent (in journal, to a friend, a mentor)

  • or more space (nature walk, alone time)

To boost your libido - practice self care and nurture self love - find rituals that provide you with a balanced lifestyle to feel:

  • Rested

  • Loved/cared for

  • Nurtured (food, action, words, good vibes)

  • Safe comfortable environment (create your nook)

  • Balance hormones (young and menopausal) with breathwork and yin yoga
