“When the body feels safe, supported, and connected, clarity naturally emerges.”
— ABIGAIL MARY TAUGWALDER

ABOUT ABI

Abigail Taugwalder is the founder of Garden of Abi and creator of The Abi Method — a nervous system–centred approach to wellbeing combining breath, movement, and sensory ritual to support emotional resilience and embodied clarity.

With an international background spanning wellness, branding, creative direction, and conscious living, Abi’s work was shaped through years of personal experience, motherhood, movement practices, breathwork facilitation, and a deep interest in the connection between the nervous system, emotional wellbeing, ritual, and the body.

RITUAL, PRESENCE & PRACTICE

After spending over 15 years connected to Japan and its approach to ritual, presence, and sensory awareness, she began developing practices that combined conscious breathing, somatic movement, scent, tea rituals, reflection, and restorative wellbeing into a more integrated methodology designed for modern life.

Her work focuses on helping individuals reconnect to themselves through grounded, sustainable practices rather than quick fixes or performative wellness.

ABI, TODAY

Today, Abi guides private sessions, workshops, retreats, corporate experiences, and seasonal wellbeing programs internationally, while continuing to expand Garden of Abi as a holistic ecosystem rooted in rhythm, nervous system support, and intentional living.

Abi currently lives between Paris and Switzerland and continues to create spaces, rituals, and experiences designed to help individuals return to themselves more deeply.

When you are ready, the Garden is here.
