These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases of products, digital content, programmes, events and services made through gardenofabi.com.

Physical orders may be prepared and dispatched from France.

By placing an order or booking through Garden of Abi, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any specific conditions displayed on the relevant product, programme or event page.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

1. Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable taxes, delivery charges or additional costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

An order or booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received confirmation from Garden of Abi.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a pricing or technical error has occurred, payment has not been successfully processed, or we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order. Where payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfil, the relevant amount will be refunded.

2. Physical Products

Garden of Abi offers a curated collection of ritual and lifestyle products, some of which are produced or sourced in limited quantities.

Product colours, materials and appearance may vary slightly from photographs, particularly for handmade, botanical, artisanal or naturally produced items.

Shipping times and costs are displayed during the purchasing process where applicable.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If an item arrives damaged, defective, non-conforming or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your name
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photographs of the item and packaging where relevant

We will review the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Please do not return an item before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

4. Returns & Refunds

Garden of Abi does not offer discretionary refunds or exchanges because you have changed your mind, except where a statutory right of withdrawal or another mandatory consumer right applies.

Where applicable law gives you a right to withdraw from an online purchase, that right will be respected in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.

Certain products and services may be excluded from, or subject to conditions regarding, statutory withdrawal rights. Any applicable conditions will be communicated during the purchasing process.

5. Digital Products

Digital products may include Seasonal Guides, downloadable materials, recordings, audio practices, online resources and other digital Garden of Abi content.

Where digital content is provided immediately following purchase, you may be asked during checkout to expressly request immediate access and acknowledge the effect this has on any applicable statutory withdrawal right.

Where the applicable legal requirements for immediate digital delivery have been satisfied and access has begun, digital products are non-refundable except where required by law.

Digital content purchased from Garden of Abi is for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, distributed, resold or made publicly available without written permission.

6. Events & Experiences

Places at Garden of Abi events, workshops and experiences are often limited and reserved specifically for each guest.

Unless otherwise stated on the individual event page, bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once any applicable statutory withdrawal rights have expired or do not apply.

Failure to attend an event does not create an entitlement to a refund.

If Garden of Abi cancels an event and no suitable alternative is offered, participants will receive the appropriate refund or remedy.

Any event-specific payment or cancellation conditions displayed when booking form part of these Terms.

7. The 90-Day Journey

The 90-Day Journey is an intimate guided programme based on The Abi Method™.

Places are intentionally limited and significant preparation takes place before each Journey begins.

Standard Investment

The standard investment is:

€3,330 paid in full.

Payment Plan

A payment plan of:

3 monthly payments of €1,176

may be offered, representing a total investment of €3,528.

The payment plan is a payment arrangement for the full programme and is not a monthly subscription.

By selecting the payment plan, you commit to paying the complete €3,528 investment according to the agreed schedule.

Early Commitment

From time to time, Garden of Abi may offer members of The Journey waitlist an early commitment rate.

Where offered, the early commitment investment is:

€2,997

A €500 deposit secures your place and is applied in full towards the programme investment, leaving €2,497 payable by the date specified when reserving.

The €500 deposit is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Journey Cancellations

Programme payments are non-refundable once any applicable statutory cancellation or withdrawal period has expired or does not apply.

Choosing not to attend sessions, access the materials or complete The Journey does not in itself entitle the participant to a refund or cancel remaining payments under an agreed payment plan.

Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Private Sessions & Services

Private sessions and other individually booked Garden of Abi services may have specific booking, rescheduling and cancellation conditions.

These conditions will be communicated at the time of booking and form part of your agreement with Garden of Abi.

Failure to attend a confirmed appointment does not automatically entitle the client to a refund.

9. Gift Cards

Garden of Abi gift cards may be redeemed against eligible Garden of Abi products or services according to the conditions displayed at purchase.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Any expiry date or restrictions will be clearly communicated when the gift card is purchased.

10. Intellectual Property

The Garden of Abi name, The Abi Method™, Ground • Grow • Glow materials, The 90-Day Journey, Seasonal Guides, recordings, written materials, rituals, graphics, photographs, videos and other original content are owned by or licensed to Abi Loves AG unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a Garden of Abi product or programme gives you the right to use the relevant materials personally. It does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, teach, distribute, publish, sell or commercially exploit the content.

No Garden of Abi materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

11. Wellbeing Disclaimer

Garden of Abi offers educational and experiential wellbeing practices.

Garden of Abi content, programmes and experiences are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition and are not a substitute for appropriate professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment.

You remain responsible for deciding whether a practice is appropriate for you and should consult an appropriate healthcare professional where necessary.

Any specific contraindications or safety guidance provided with a practice should be followed.

12. Privacy & Personal Data

Garden of Abi processes personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation.

This may include information required to process purchases, provide services, communicate with you, administer programmes and, where you have consented, send Garden of Abi communications.

13. Changes to These Terms

Garden of Abi may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our offerings, business practices or legal requirements.

The Terms applicable to your purchase will be those made available to you when you place your order or make your booking, subject to mandatory legal requirements.

14. Governing Law & Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to customers in their country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Where mandatory local consumer law applies, those rights remain unaffected.
