GARDEN OF ABI

Welcome to your Palo Santo Ritual

Ground • Grow • Glow

Thank you for choosing your Garden of Abi Palo Santo.

This ritual has been created to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and mark the beginning of a new moment.

For centuries, Palo Santo has been used as a sacred wood in rituals of reflection and renewal. Within The Abi Method™, it is not about clearing something away, but about creating space for presence, intention and what wishes to emerge next.

Allow this ritual to become a gentle pause in your day—a moment to breathe, soften and return to yourself.

Before you begin…

Light your Palo Santo.

Find a comfortable place.

Take three slow breaths.

Allow yourself a few quiet minutes with nothing to achieve.

Simply arrive.

Choose your language

Your Palo Santo Ritual

Rather than completing everything at once, choose the phase that best reflects what you need today.

GROUND

To arrive in your body

Hold the Palo Santo near your heart.

Breathe slowly.

Bring the smoke gently towards your chest, your belly and your feet.

Intention

“I arrive. I am safe in my body.”

Pause.

Feel your weight.

Allow your nervous system to settle.

GROW

To release and realign

Walk slowly through your space, allowing the gentle smoke to accompany your movement.

Notice your breath.

No need to rush.

Reflection

What am I ready to release today?

A thought.

An expectation.

A story.

A tension.

Intention

“I let go of what no longer supports me.”

Release happens through presence.

GLOW

To invite clarity and renewal

Return to stillness.

Close your eyes.

Take one final deep breath.

Intention

“I invite clarity, softness and light.”

Imagine your inner landscape becoming lighter—not empty, but spacious.

This is where glow begins.

Not from effort.

From alignment.

Closing Ritual

Place the Palo Santo in a fire-safe dish and allow it to extinguish naturally.

Drink a cup of tea or a glass of water.

Place one hand on your heart or your belly.

Carry this feeling with you.

Journal Prompt

What would become possible if I approached the rest of today from this calmer place?

Take a few quiet moments before continuing your day.

How to Light Palo Santo

Unlike incense, Palo Santo naturally extinguishes after a short time.

1. Hold one end over a flame for approximately 20–30 seconds.
2. Allow the wood to catch.
3. Blow out the flame gently.
4. Let the delicate smoke rise naturally.

If it stops smoking, simply relight it.

There is no need to force the ritual.

A Gentle Reminder

More smoke does not create a deeper ritual.

Presence does.

The smoke simply becomes a sensory reminder to slow down, breathe and reconnect with yourself.

Safety

• Always use a fire-safe dish.

• Keep away from children and pets.

• Never leave burning Palo Santo unattended.

• Allow it to extinguish naturally.
