Vibrant, refreshing and gently floral, it was created as an invitation to awaken the senses, move with curiosity and explore new inner and outer landscapes.
Hibiscus provides a bright, fruity foundation. Peppermint and lemon bring freshness, lavender adds a soft floral note, and black elder completes the blend with rounded fruitiness.

Abi’s exclusive guidance offers a dynamic sensory meditation designed to accompany movement, discovery and the energy of summer.
Hot Preparation
Add approximately 4.5g, or two tablespoons, to 50cl of water heated to approximately 85°C.
Cover and infuse for 15 minutes. Strain and enjoy warm or gently cooled.
Cold Preparation
Add two to four tablespoons to one litre of cold water.
Cover and leave refrigerated overnight. Strain the following morning and enjoy chilled.
