Damask rose introduces a soft floral note, balanced by vibrant lemongrass and aromatic rosemary. Sagan Dalya adds subtle woody depth, while stinging nettle gives the blend a fresh, green character.

Preparation
Add approximately 3g, or two to three tablespoons, to 50cl of water heated to approximately 90°C.
Cover and infuse for 15 minutes. Strain and enjoy warm or gently cooled.
