I am sharing this here as you’ll see the journal prompts I’ve suggested relate to seasons and emotions we experience while we live life, collecting memories. If it feels right, try these prompts at the time you are drawn to them, no matter what season we are in.

Knowing that we do our best, and that it is enough. Just like water we have the capacity to adapt, expand, shape shift, nurture and destroy. The awareness of our power is the first step to accepting who we are, and making the best of it, in every present moment. Cultivating love, gratitude and mindfulness in thought and action.

INNER STRENGTH / SPRING

This is the time of fresh starts, planting seeds, being curious, and trying new things. You may be feeling more anger in this season, but you could also be feeling more creative and intuitive.

• What do I want to bring into my world? Plant the seed.

• How can I nurture myself while growing into the next best version of me?

INNER JOY / SUMMER

This is when you’re at your most social and productive. Your inner critic may be getting louder.

• What brings me joy ? How can I bring more of it into my life?

• How can I use this inner fire to enhance my confidence?

INNER GROUNDING / INDIAN SUMMER

This is the times we transition – keep your attention on the big picture to avoid the melancholy of change.

• What is an area of my life I could approach differently and how could I approach it differently?

• How do I feel about myself? How can I find comfort in that feeling? (all emotions are valid)

INNER PEACE / AUTUMN

This season is related to grief – just like trees we shed what no longer serves us. Use the empty space to stretch out your comfort zone.

• What do I want to let go of?

• What do I need to hear right now?

INNER SERENITY / WINTER

This season invites you embrace stillness, surrender, slowness and self-love. Remember fear is the opposite of courage.
