What is The Studio Membership?
The Studio Membership is a platform that allows you to join all live digital classes. It also offers 24/7 access to our Online Studio of wellness practices and access to a Members only community forum.
How do I sign up for The Studio Membership?
You can sign up to The Studio Membership, which is a monthly membership anytime and access the library immediately. You will receive access to the live classes on the Sunday to join from Monday-Friday. For each week you will get a new zoom login.
How do I get access to The Studio Membership?
After signing up for The Studio Membership, you will be guided to up a personal login for unlimited access to the Membership Studio on the website. All classes & resources are available to stream on your device for on-the-go practice. You will be invited to join our Private Community Forum on Whatsapp where you receive links for replays and recommendations from Abi to enhance your experience on the mat.
On what devices can I watch and attend classes?

What if I can’t attend a live class?
If you are in a different time zone, busy running school errands, at work, asleep or sick in bed, you receive access to a 72hrs replay of each class.
What happens if Abi cannot host a class?
Abi has partnerships with other yoga teachers, who will host the class in case she cannot make it. If there's no possibility to do a live class, Abi will share a recorded video of a morning yoga class she pre-recorded.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time by heading to your Account (top right of the website) then go in « membership » and « cancel ». Please cancel at least one week before your auto-payment is set to go through. If you have any issue to cancel, you can contact support at hello@theabimethod.com
