I share with you the energetic channels and organs most affected during this season of stillness which can also relate to the time in the evenings, and 3 poses for you to explore in your space.

Checkin in daily is essential to acknowledge if you are in or out of balance. We do that in silent meditation, breath awareness, cultivating mindfulness.

Coming into the asanas adapted to our physical and mental conditions, honoring your being, your authenticity.
