Living Life Consciously: The Art of Essentialism
That time in my life, when overwhelm got out of hand, I couldn’t tell right from left, I knew I had to make big CHANGES now, or else I was going to go under.
But big changes can just add oil to the fire and feel IMPOSSIBLE to think about, let alone implement.
This is when I went ‘Mari-Kondo’ in my life, cleaning out the non essentials, like cleaning the dust after a long Winter season to get ready for a fresh start.
I know how easy it gets to get caught up in the noise—doing more, chasing more, accumulating more. But what if true well-being isn’t about adding, but about subtracting? What if the key to a fulfilled life lies in simplicity, in presence, in choosing only what truly matters?
Essentialism is not just a concept—it’s a way of living.
To live consciously means to strip away the excess, to create space for what nourishes you—mind, body, and soul. It’s about making intentional choices rather than reacting to the demands of the world. It’s choosing quality over quantity, depth over distraction, alignment over obligation.
