Heart-Centered Breathing
A simple yet powerful practice:
Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your heart center.
Breathe deeply in through your nose for five counts, imagining the air flowing into your heart.
Exhale gently for five counts, releasing any tension.
As you continue, visualize your heart expanding with warmth and light.
Feel love moving through your entire being.
This technique activates the parasympathetic nervous system, calming the body and aligning the heart with the breath.
Embodied Gratitude & Compassion
Gratitude shifts our energy instantly. When we focus on what we are grateful for, our heart moves into coherence, flooding the body with regenerative energy.
Take a moment to recall a time when you felt deeply loved or truly at peace.
Let that feeling grow in your heart space.
With each inhale, imagine love expanding.
With each exhale, send that energy out into the world.
