Breathwork is not advised for certain people. If you have a history of cardiovascular conditions, respiratory disorders, history of seizures or epilepsy, severe mental health issues, if you are pregnant or recently undergone surgery or ongoing healing from a severe injury, it is adivsed NOT to practice this style of Breathwork.
